All the teachers of the Department are involved in research activities and published a number of articles in different Journals. Smt. Nayna Guha Majumder's area of research is Cost Benefit Analysis of Arsenic. Dr. Jayanta Kumar Dwibedi is actively involved in collaborative research with Centre for Training and Research in Public Finance and Policy (CTRPFP), Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta. His area of interest is Trade and Development and Public Finance. Smt. Susmita Haldar works in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. Sri Rathindra Nath Mallick's area of research is Public Finance and Growth
