NOTICE

Students’ Aid 2022-23 (Odd Semester)

1.     All bona fide undergraduate students of the college who wish to apply for full/half free in their tuition fees or for students’ aid for the currently going on/ recently concluded odd semesters, 2022-23, must collect the application form from the office of the Principal on payment of Rs.2/-.

 

2.     The application forms will be given from 08.02.2023 to 15.02.2023 between 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.  (except on the days when the college is closed).

 

3.     Applicants must produce their current fees card/receipt at the time of collecting the form.

 

4.     Application forms accompanied by all required documents have to be submitted in the office of the Principal on any day from 09.02.2023 to 18.02.2023 between 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

(except on the days when the college is closed).

 

5.     Guardian’s income certificate should be issued by the bona fide employer or a gazetted officer or a local councillor.

 

6.     Date of interview is 22.02.2023. Interview will be held from 12:30 p.m. onwards in Room no. 111.

 

7.     Applicants should bring all the original documents whose photocopies have been submitted with the application, for the interview.

 

N.B. Students availing any Government scholarship such as Kanyashree, Minority scholarship, SC/ST scholarship should not apply for this grant since they are already entitled to the grants given by the Government.
