Verification of University Registration form 

[and Admission Form (if not yet verified)] 

of UG Semester I (2023-2024)

NOTICE              

Date: 27.09.2023

The Students who have been admitted to UG Semester I (2023-2024) and duly filled in the Registration form at WBSU Registration portal are to report to the college office with the printout of the Registration Receipt along with one set of the documents mentioned below.

The Students who have not yet submitted the printout of their Admission forms, along with one set of the following documents, have to submit the same to the college office after getting it verified by the respective departments, as per the given Schedule between 12 noon and 4 p.m.: 

Documents* to be submitted along with the Application form:

1. Photocopy of the Admit Card of Class X Examination

2. Photocopy of the Mark Sheet of Class X Examination

3. Photocopy of the Admit Card of Class XII Examination

4. Photocopy of the Mark Sheet of Class XII Examination

5. Printout of the Admission Payment Slip

6. Caste Certificate (for Reservation Category)

7. Cancellation of Registration/ Migration Certificate for (for back year students without break of studies)

8. 1st Class Magistrate Affidavit ( for back year students with break of studies)

9. 3 copies Stamp Size Photo

* All originals have to be produced at the time of verification. 

  Originals of document Sl. nos. 7 and 8 above have to be submitted to the college along with

  the photocopies.
