NOTICE

Students’ Aid 2024 (Even Semester)

1.     All bona fide undergraduate students of II, IV and VI Semester 2024 of the college who wish to apply for full/half free in their tuition fees or for students’ aid, must collect the application form from the office of the Principal on payment of Rs.2/-.

2.     The application forms will be given from 22.07.2024 to 27.07.2024 between 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.  (except on the days when the college is closed).

3.     Applicants must produce their current fees card/receipt at the time of collecting the form.

4.     Completed application forms accompanied by all required documents have to be submitted in the office of the Principal on any day from 23.07.2024 to 29.07.2024 between 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

(except on the days when the college is closed).

5.     Guardian’s income certificate should be issued by the bona fide employer or a gazetted officer or a local councillor.

6.     Date of interview is 30.07.2024. Interview will be held from 12:00 noon onwards in Room no. 111.

7.     Applicants should report at Room no. 111 by 12:30 p.m. on the date of the interview.

8.     Applicants should bring all the original documents whose photocopies have been submitted with the application, for the interview.

N.B. Students availing any Government scholarship such as Kanyashree, Minority scholarship, SC/ST scholarship should not apply for this grant since they are already entitled to the grants given by the Government.
